ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Under the general management of the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for working with the EVP and Marketing team to help create marketing plans for SuperCare Health
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with EVP and marketing team to help create marketing plans for organization.
- Supports the implementation and execution of marketing plans, including tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborates with vendors and industry partners to deliver on campaigns in target geographies.
- Helps to research and assemble target lists while using guidance from Respiratory Account Executives (RAE).
- Assist with conducting market analysis and research for target areas and new geographic opportunities.
- Schedules meetings, events, etc. as requested by management, leading coordination and follow up and ensuring meetings are on time and budget.
- Manages event logistics for seminars, receptions, trade shows, sponsorships, and other local events.
- Assists management with registering for meetings, events and conferences; and coordinates with event organizers as needed to ensure our materials, booth and proper staff are on hand at the right times.
- Collaborates with the sales team to order appropriate giveaways, materials and promotional items for local marketing needs.
- Collaborates with the Human Resources team to order appropriate social media communications. Includes developing content, event materials, campaigns and intranet communications.
- Maintains and updates the marketing materials (collateral) housed in the local office locations and on-line.
- Assist with RFPs, proposals and other new business opportunities, as needed.
- Responsible for communications content and coordination
- Supports updates to professional profiles by providing writing and editing assistance as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Has 3+ years of marketing experience in a marketing or administrative role. (Preferably working in healthcare)
- Has the ability to travel and work on weekends as required
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Has a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe and X.
- Has knowledge of CRM and exporting data from sources such as ZoHo, Salesforce, Playmaker, ActOn or other mass digital marketing platforms.
- Has the ability to edit/proofread written materials including proposals, presentations and related documents.
- Have excellent interpersonal, organizational, follow-up and client service skills.
- Has the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, managing multiple competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Has a team-focused mindset with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and co-workers.
- Prefer a person that possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration or related experience in lieu of a degree.
