Responsible For:

● Daily support of the marketing function and management of the administrative work required of the Marketing team.

● Responsibilities include analyzing and reporting marketing data, communicating with vendors, referral sources, and patients. Having company knowledge, equipment information and service details may be necessary at times. Meeting with these stakeholders in person may also occur on occasion.

● Assist with lead generation, digital marketing and direct campaigning is a significant part of this job.

● Supports the implementation and execution of marketing plans, including tracking and follow-up.

● Collaborates with vendors and industry partners to deliver on campaigns in target geographies.

● Assist with conducting market analysis and research for target areas and new geographic

opportunities.

● Assist with scheduling meetings, events, etc. as requested by management, leading coordination and follow up and ensuring meetings are on time and budget.

● Assists with managing event logistics for seminars, receptions, tradeshows, sponsorships, and other local events as needed.

● Assists management with registering for meetings, events and conferences; and coordinates with event organizer as needed to ensure our materials, booth and proper staff are on hand at the right times.

● Assists marketing team with ordering appropriate giveaways, materials and promotional items for local marketing needs.

● Works closely with sales, marketing and strategic accounts and other functional leaders to develop and maintain infrastructure supporting marketing goal attainment.

Required Qualifications

● High School Diploma or GED

● Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create, edit, copy, and manipulate documents

● Experience working with Salespeople, marketing staff, vendors and medical office staff

● Ability to analyze and report on data in order to improve processes

● Ability to interact with vendors, sales reps, patients and medical staff
