ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Under the general supervision of the Product & Services Manager, the Project Manager/Business Analyst (PM/BA)position serves as a "critical bridge" as the PM/BA understand both the operational and technical sides of various processes (the "bridge" portion), and also needs to critically analyze the flow, requirements, gaps, resources involved in the processes (the "critical" portion). Proactively identify risks and issues on projects - leading team to develop risk management and issue management plans. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in leading the project team in issue resolution.

THE POSITION IS TYPICALLY EXPECTED TO CONSIST OF:

• 50% project management,
• 20% gathering and documenting project requirements
• 20% SQL scripting/report writing,
• 10 % support functions, Although these allocations will frequently vary

KEY/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Understand, document and communicate both business and system processes, for the purpose of managing projects so that it's understood by both technical and business teams. Gather and document requirements, manage the full life cycle of a project from initiation to close. Help with implementation of new software or upgrade existing software applications. Understand and adheres to all of SuperCare Health company policies.

OTHER GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: General IT support is expected of all team members in IT, including labor intensive tasks such as setting up printers, workstations, etc. when needed.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES: 

• Solid diagramming skills using Visio, Pencil, Google Drawings, etc.; 
• Advanced Excel skills; 
• Familiarity with Project Management tools and Concepts, Smartsheet; 
• Solid SQL

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Education: Bachelor's Degree

EXPERIENCE: 

• Preferred Minimum of 1-4 years managing IT and/or operations projects
• Training/License/Certification: Preferred: courses in SQL, Excel, Project Mgmt 
• Location of Position: within 30 miles of Downey or Industry office locations
• Must be able to communicate effectively
