  • Responsibilities

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    Under the general supervision of the ROM, The Dispatcher is responsible for preparing the daily route, assisting with pulling necessary equipment, providing Estimated Time of Arrivals to fellow team members.

     RESPONSIBILITIES: EMPLOYEES TO INITIAL AS COMPLETED

    • Reports to work daily and is ready to work at the scheduled start time

    • Works Saturday assignment as needed or scheduled

    • Route work orders that need to be delivered

    • Ensure each order is printed with necessary forms from Delivery Track

    • Review and correct “All Bad” orders from previous day or cancelled tickets.

    • Ensure grid is being monitored every 10-15 minutes throughout the morning and day.

    • Responsible for the daily monitoring of PST's through Delivery Track

    • Assist and confirm team members are using phone app correctly and communicating back to dispatch on all orders needing attention

    • Responsible for communicating with fellow team members on a regular basis on incoming or pending orders

    • Responsible for keeping track of all calls that are answered; that are work order/CCS related.

    • Responsible for checking call log at the end of the day to ensure all items were handled accordingly

    • Assist Customer Service in trouble-shooting patient's call that are equipment/ETA related

    • Provide and update Customer Service, Resp. Account Exec., Care Coordinator, and Referrals, on ETA's

    • Ensures all paperwork from Courier Drivers, for deliveries made the previous day is received and accurate prior to scanning in to FileBound

    • Performs any other duties that may be requested by Supervisor or Management (i.e. performing duties as a Patient Service Technician)

    • Understand and adheres to all of SuperCare Health company policies

    • To remain knowledgeable to date on all products

    • Maintain a professional, safe, and clean work environment

    • Responsible for providing CPAP, Pulse Ox, Mask Fitting and any other oxygen/DME equipment under supervision of Respiratory Therapist

    • Set up PT with CPAP/BIPAP (no BIPAP ST)

    • Mask Fit Patients

    • Must go through PAP Training, once completed a licensed RT will need to sign off on training and review the Do's & Don'ts of a PAP set up.

    EDUCATION AND OR EXPERIENCE:

    • Graduate from Accredited College in Business or Accounting

    • Team player-ability

    • Reliable and Responsible

    • Detailed oriented

    • Strong organizational skills
