LOCATION
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The People Engagement Coordinator will be the first touch point for new hires as well as serve as the ongoing coordinator overseeing and maintaining a positive culture for all team members within the SCH organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Facilitate the initial new hire training and orientation for all new hires joining the SuperCare family.
Engage with new hires by using fun and educational touchpoints on a regular basis to create a positive onboarding experience as well as showcasing what SCH has to offer.
Lead the organization's efforts to create a culture that supports its mission, values, and brand promise
Create a vision for the organization's culture and ensure all departments align with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
Develop and implement a company wide strategy for culture management based on market research findings and industry best practices
Determine key organizational objectives and tasks that support those objectives and then communicating those objectives to employees through meetings, emails, newsletters, or other means
Evaluate the relationship between people initiatives and indicators such as turnover rate and recommend changes based on employee feedback or organizational needs
Identify and addresses employee needs through regular engagement with the team members
Management of the twice yearly employee engagement survey and post survey communication
Reinforce company's culture goals through internal communications, staff meetings, and one-on-ones
Cultivates an emotional connection among leadership and other employees
Plan and carries out events and team-building initiatives for employees
Oversee Intranet
Work with Training and Development when new training or updates to existing onboarding training is needed.
Reporting and leadership feedback on 30/60/90 check-ins or “Suggestion Box”
Reporting and leadership feedback on Intranet “Suggestion Box”
Perform all other duties as assigned and required by management
