POSITION OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Administrator will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of the SuperOrdinary business. We are a small team, looking for someone that can work as a liaison between our warehouse team lead, our operations team, and our clients.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all communication between SuperOrdinary clients and the warehouse team including but not limited to providing updates on purchase orders, resolving issues with receiving, and relaying status updates on shipments.
- Schedule shipments for purchase orders from the clients to our facilities.
- Forecast labor needs and work with external agencies to bring in temporary assistance on an as needed basis.
- Assist operations leaders with developing best practices for end-to-end operational tasks.
- Provide updates to the management on high priority warehousing projects.
- Prepare regular reports for the finance team to accurately bill for warehouse services.
- Other tasks and projects as required.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EDUCATION
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite preferred (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to quickly learn and use new software platforms.
- Ability to work with little oversight, problem solve, and present solutions to management.
