Our area of concentration is Engineering, Professional, and Information Technology disciplines.

WE ARE HIRING A RECRUITER TO BRING THE FIRE TO THIS "PRODUCTION" BASE SALARY/COMMISSION DRIVEN ROLE.

Every day is a different day for our Clients rely on us to support challenging Requirements that they can’t fill and/or don’t have the manpower to support. We are in a highly competitive space requiring us to act quickly and have clear, concise, communication with both Clients and Candidates. Our work requires you to be both proactive, reactive, and creative.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• 70% Phone work
• Skype Candidates
• Communication with Candidates vetting, negotiating, and presenting job opportunities
• Verbal Communicate with Clients to status, check in and move candidates along to the interview phase
• Written Communication to Clients and Candidates
• Execution of References to assure we are producing the best, brightest, and talented Candidates to our Client
• Input of Candidates/Clients information into CRM
• Cold Calling to locate new Clients
• Attend Company/Client related Events

• 2-5 years Sales, Recruitment, Hospitality, Customer Service Extraordinaire background
• Prior Commission Sales is a PLUS
• Computer Degree, Technical background, Computer/Mechanically/Electrically inclined, Recruiting or Sales background highly desired.
