OBJECTIVE

Client is seeking to obtain the technical services of one (1) Consultant to develop Business Process Management (BPM) and electronic forms applications. The Consultant shall work with clients Information Technology Services, Customer Application Branch eForms team to design, develop and support electronic forms and workflows based on BPM and eForms technologies.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK/DUTIES

The Consultant shall assist in the architecture, design and development of electronic forms and associated workflow processes. The technology used to design the eForms and workflows will be a SaaS based toolset, which primarily includes Nintex, but may also include SeemlessGov, PowerApps, or a custom application.

The Consultant’s duties include all of the following:

• Build electronic forms and associated workflows using newly selected BPM technologies, hosted in the cloud. The newly selected BPM software primarily includes Nintex, but may also include SeemlessDocs, PowerApps, or a custom application.
• Design and build forms with layouts and intuitive UI.
• Integrate with other systems using Java Script, Azure API, and other integration modules.
• Build new forms based on the customer requirements.
• Build workflows, related work queue functionalities, and screens for forms applications.
• Follow department standards and industry’s best practices of consistent modern UI to build the forms and workflows.
• Participate in all phases of SDLC including requirement gathering, architecture, design, develop, testing, UAT, and deployment.
• Provide go-live and post-production support on multiple applications as they go live.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and be the technical expert in the domain. • Prepare and submit a Weekly Status Report stating the progress of the technical services assigned by the Project Manager or designee. Include in the report all of the following: 1. Time period covered by the report. 2. Overview of the reporting period. 3. Tasks, assignments, and other work items for the reporting period that are:
  • Completed
  • Not Completed
  • Not Scheduled
  • Scheduled for next reporting period 4. List issue(s) resolved and/or issue(s) to be resolved. 5. Summary of project status as of reporting date.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The Consultant must meet all of the following minimum qualifications:

1. Two (2) years of experience within last five (5) years designing business processes using BPM designer tools.
2. Two (2) years of experience within last five (5) years designing electronic forms and layout using form/BPM designer tools: Nintex, SeemlessDocs, PowerApps.
3. Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years implementing solutions with multiple data sources (e.g. MS Azure SQL, MS SQL Server, and Oracle Databases).
4. Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years creating and customizing sites using SharePoint Designer.
5. Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years in API or rest services integrations.
6. Four (4) years of experience within the last five (5) year in object-oriented programming using Java or .NET.
7. Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years designing User Interface/User Experience.
8. Two (2) years of experience within the last five (5) years working in project management.
9. Two (2) years of experience within the last 5 years in leading a technical project team.
10. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related Information Technology (IT) field. Must provide a copy of degree with bid submission.
