Job Requirements

· Travel to multiple properties in Nassau County, Westchester County, Fairfield County & NYC.

· Perform routine maintenance & repair work.

· Perform general cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, landscaping and snow removal.

· Paint, plaster, sheet-rock and perform other basic carpentry work (including installing kitchen cabinets, laminate flooring, formica countertops, backsplash and tile work).

· Experienced with basic plumbing and electrical work.

· Handle multiple priorities and work orders on a timely basis.

· Communicate well with upper management and tenants including clear communication with emails, texts, and phone calls.

· Order parts, supplies, and equipment.

· Respond to work orders and service requests.

· Prepare vacant units for occupancy, conducting site and unit inspections.

· Knowledge of building systems (e.g., boilers, hot water heaters (HVAC a plus)).

· Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

· Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

· Valid driver’s license and automobile to travel to properties and pick up materials.
