    We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent with a background in mission-critical construction to lead data center projects in the Dallas area. This role requires a detail-oriented leader with a proven ability to manage fast-paced, highly technical builds while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and schedule.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead day-to-day on-site operations for ground-up and renovation data center projects.

    • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners to ensure timely execution of work.

    • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company requirements.

    • Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and schedules.

    • Manage project logistics including manpower planning, equipment, and materials.

    • Conduct quality inspections to verify work meets design, code, and performance requirements.

    • Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain budget, schedule, and client expectations.

    • Prepare and maintain daily reports, progress logs, and other project documentation.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.

    • Direct experience managing mission-critical/data center projects required.

    • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems specific to data centers.

    • Proven ability to manage fast-track schedules with multiple stakeholders.

    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).

    • OSHA 30 certification required.
