    Etico Stucco/Drywall, LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Superintendent to oversee residential and commercial field operations. We’re a fast-paced, quality-driven construction company committed to safety, craftsmanship, and strong leadership in the field.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Oversee all site construction activities and ensure work is completed on time and within budget
    • Lead and manage field crews, assigning tasks and mentoring team members
    • Interpret plans/layouts and ensure quality workmanship and code compliance
    • Coordinate material orders and deliveries
    • Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution
    • Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures
    • Troubleshoot and resolve job site issues
    • Support and guide crews in a way that builds strong morale and performance

    What You Bring:

    • Verifiable field experience in drywall and related trades
    • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
    • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Reliable, respectful, and team-oriented attitude
    • Able to lift up to 100 lbs
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
