Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in construction management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work meets specifications and safety standards.
• Lead and manage construction teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Monitor project schedules and costs to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
• Communicate project status and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and employee hours.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Superintendent, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project management.
• Ability to lead a team, solve problems, and manage resources effectively.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification (preferred).
• High school diploma required; degree in construction management a plus.

Salary:

• $75,000-$90,000 for a Superintendent
