Key Responsibilities
- Lead field operations for SOE systems, including secant piles, caissons, and bracing systems
- Oversee execution of $100M+ heavy civil infrastructure projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and site teams for seamless delivery
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and quality benchmarks
- Interpret construction drawings, geotechnical reports, and specifications
- Manage schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Resolve on-site challenges with proactive problem-solving and leadership
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction or infrastructure projects
- Proven expertise in SOE (Support of Excavation) and deep foundation systems
- Experience managing projects valued at $100M+
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification
- Professional certifications such as P.E., PMP, or EIT
- Experience with urban infrastructure projects (tunnels, transit systems, bridges)
- Familiarity with AI-driven construction tools or digital project workflows
- Deep Foundation Institute (DFI) training
Compensation & Benefits
- $170,000 – $240,000 base salary (based on experience)
