    Seattle, WA

    Our client, a well-established and community-focused General Contractor is looking for an experienced Superintendent to provide hands-on leadership for field operations on ground-up multi-family projects.

    In this role, you’ll oversee construction from pre-construction through closeout, driving safety, scheduling, and quality while working closely with the Project Manager and subcontractors. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented builder who thrives on collaboration and accountability.

    Superintendent Responsibilities:

    • Oversee site mobilization, logistics, and daily field operations
    • Review plans and specs to address constructability, coordination, and value opportunities
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, including three-week look-aheads
    • Lead subcontractor pre-con and safety meetings
    • Enforce safety and quality standards across all trades
    • Maintain daily reports and track manpower, deliveries, and progress
    • Manage RFIs, change orders, and subcontractor performance
    • Drive punch list completion and support closeout

    Superintendent Qualifications:

    • At least 6 years experience in multi-family construction (framing, concrete, earthwork, etc.)
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications and drawings
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple priorities effectively
    • OSHA First Aid/CPR certifications (or ability to obtain)
    • Proven commitment to safety, quality, and integrity

    Compensation: $135,000 - $200,000 (DOE) + Bonus
