Overview:
A leading commercial general contractor is seeking a seasoned Senior Superintendent to lead on-site operations for high-impact construction projects. This leadership role is responsible for driving schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day jobsite execution, subcontractor coordination, and material readiness

• Maintain and update project schedules with team and trade input

• Lead site meetings, track progress, and communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA, SWPPP) and enforce quality standards

• Support project closeout activities, including punch lists and warranty coordination

• Provide input during preconstruction for scheduling, logistics, and risk mitigation

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects

• Proficient in construction documents, sequencing, and trade coordination

• Skilled in field technology platforms (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project)

• OSHA 30 and SWPPP certification (or ability to obtain)

• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
