**A fastgrowing restoration and remodeling specialist serving the Boston metropolitan area, is seeking a Construction Field Supervisor – Restoration & Remodeling (Boston, MA and surrounding towns). This is a hands on leadership role driving field operations across multiple job sites, ensuring high quality workmanship and delivering projects on time—and it's an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Do as the Construction Field Supervisor:

• Oversee day to day field operations to make sure work stays on schedule, meets quality standards, and aligns with project goals.
• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate trade workflow across several job sites simultaneously.
• Keep detailed daily logs, including progress photos, job site notes, and updates for project managers.
• Provide on site support to project management and field crews—troubleshoot issues, solve logistics problems, keep things moving.
• Proactively update leadership on project status, upcoming milestones, risks or obstacles.
• Enforce job site organization, safety compliance, and company standards—and ensure tools, materials, and logistics are optimized for efficiency.

Must Haves as the Construction Field Supervisor:

• Solid experience in residential or commercial construction (hands on field experience required).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (since this role will involve travel between sites).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and highly organized.
• Reliable, punctual, detail oriented, and comfortable in a role that demands responsiveness and adaptability.

Nice to Haves as the Construction Field Supervisor:

• Previous supervisory or subcontractor management experience (e.g., scheduling trades, managing crews).
• Proficiency using smartphones or tablets for documentation, daily reporting and photo capture.
• Construction Supervisor License (CSL) preferred (but not required).
