Title: Superintendent

Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

We are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction
hospitality projects in the DFW area. This individual will be responsible for leading all field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout the construction process.

The ideal candidate will have strong ground-up or renovation experience in hospitality or hotel construction, along with a proven ability to successfully deliver projects in a design-build environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site construction operations from project start through completion

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel

• Maintain and enforce project schedules and milestones

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project specifications

• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and ownership teams

• Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and progress updates

• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field challenges and conflicts

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction field supervision with at least 2-3 years specifically in the hotel/hospitality environment. 

• Experience with hotel, hospitality, or similar commercial projects required, ground up and/or renovation.

   

• Experience working in design-build project environments

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal client as well as multiple trades while maintaining project schedules, focusing on safety and keeping budget in mind while delivering a high quality project.
