Maverick Building Solutions is a growing construction company focused on hardscape and site amenity installations for residential and multifamily developments across the greater Tampa Bay area.

We partner with builders and developers to deliver clean, efficient, high-quality installations from project award through final completion. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a field-driven Project Manager / Superintendent who can take ownership of projects, lead crews confidently, and help keep operations moving at a high level.

• Fiber Mulch and Safety Surfacing

About the Role

This is a primarily field-based leadership position responsible for overseeing multiple active job sites across the Tampa Bay area.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on construction leader who is comfortable in the field, highly organized, and capable of managing crews, schedules, materials, and project progress from post-bid through completion.

You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to Maverick's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple active job sites simultaneously
• Supervise and lead field installation crews
• Coordinate projects from post-bid turnover through final completion
• Order, track, and manage materials and deliveries
• Schedule installations and manage day-to-day site logistics
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, and progress
• Troubleshoot field issues and resolve problems in real time
• Communicate effectively with internal team members, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
• Maintain organized project documentation, tracking, and status updates
• Ensure all work meets company expectations and client standards

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in residential or multifamily construction
• Experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or similar field leadership role
• Strong understanding of construction site operations, sequencing, and scheduling
• Proven ability to manage crews and multiple projects at once
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving ability and follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Willingness to travel throughout the greater Tampa Bay area

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Experience in site development, amenities, hardscape, or related exterior installations
• Exposure to both residential and commercial construction environments

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $85,000 to $90,000 , based on experience
• Vehicle stipend
• Gas card provided
• Opportunity for a performance-based raise within 6 months
