Proven ability to oversee field operations, ensure contract compliance, coordinate multiple trades, and drive complex projects valued at $100M+ to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead on-site construction activities for major MTA transit and infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, labor, equipment, and materials to meet project goals and milestones.
Coordinate closely with MTA representatives, engineering teams, city agencies, and third-party stakeholders to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct daily safety meetings, enforce OSHA and MTA safety protocols, and maintain a clean, hazard-free job site.
Monitor project timelines and budgets; assist with change orders, RFIs, and schedule updates in collaboration with project managers.
Review construction drawings, plans, and specifications to anticipate and resolve field issues in real-time.
Track and report progress, manage inspections, and maintain accurate site documentation, logs, and reports.
Ensure quality control and adherence to MTA standards and procedures throughout all phases of construction.
Key Qualifications:
10+ years of construction supervision experience, with 5+ years on MTA or similar public agency infrastructure projects.
Proven track record managing $100M+ capital construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Deep understanding of transit infrastructure (stations, tracks, signals, utilities, civil works, etc.).
Strong knowledge of NYCT, LIRR, or Metro-North procedures, standards, and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills with field crews and stakeholders.
OSHA 30 Certification; MTA Track Safety Training (TSS) preferred.
Experience with Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and construction management software a plus.
