    Job Purpose

    Superior Fence & Rail is an industry leader with multiple branch locations across the US. We partner with a national home improvement chain, multiple home builders and general contractors for fence installation requirements.

    Learn and adopt Superior Fence & Rail’s structured processes and complete required training. Energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. Typical work week is Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

    Primary Responsibilities

    ● Organize office operations and procedures and ensure these procedures are being followed by staff

    ● Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas

    ● Develop organizational procedures and systems for office personnel, including filing, billing, accounts payable, payroll and scheduling

    ● Receive inbound calls from customers and provide support to customers and handle all inquiries

    ● Perform data entry as needed

    ● Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including collecting all required documents

    ● Assist operations personnel as needed

    ● Interacts with clients and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner

    ● Perform other duties as assigned

    Skills and Experience

    Skills:

    ● Speaking - Talking to others to convey information effectively.

    Experience and Education:

    ● Must have 2 years or more of proven office management, administrative or assistant experience

    ● Experienced in working in a fast-paced environment

    ● Ability to multitask efficiently

    ● Highly skilled in verbal and written communications

    ● Prior office software experience (Microsoft Office or Google’s G Suite)

    ● High level of experience with computer operations and appropriate software

    ● Highly detail oriented with organizational skills

    ● Ability to work independently with little or no supervision

    ● Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from subordinates, supervisors, and customers

    ● Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
