Responsibilities: In this role, you'll be responsible for: • Negotiating and closing purchase contracts with homeowners • Developing and executing strategic sales plans • Building and managing a growing pipeline through outbound prospecting • Analyzing investment opportunities for viability • Leading and mentoring a team of high-performing individuals • Challenging the status quo and exceeding expectations Qualifications: Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry • Comfortability on the phone connecting with sellers • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Creative and innovative thinking • Ability to perform under pressure and work on tight deadlines Bonus Points: • Experience in the real estate industry • Experience with CRM software • Experience with lead generation and prospecting • Experience with closing deals • Fluent in Spanish If you are not confident in your ability to drive the sales process, please refrain from applying. (No fluff, actual earnings) • Team members who meet company quota have First Year Earnings of $250,000+ • Base Salary Draw of $60,000 and Accelerated Commissions • Management Compensation available via promotion Compensation: $125,000+ OTE
