Responsibilities: In this role, you'll be responsible for: • Being the first point of contact with homeowners • Developing and executing strategic sales plans • Assisting in the negotiation and closing of sales contracts • Building and managing a growing portfolio of investors • Analyzing investment opportunities for viability • Challenging the status quo and exceeding expectations Qualifications: • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Creative and innovative thinking • Ability to perform under pressure and work on tight deadlines Bonus Points: • Experience in the real estate industry • Experience with CRM software • Experience with lead generation and prospecting • Experience with sales • If you are not confident in your ability to drive the sales process, please refrain from applying.
