We will give you all the tools and training you need to be very successful!!! BENEFITS: • $15 an hour + commissions • Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm, No Weekends! Responsibilities: This position is responsible for: • Answering calls from existing VSC and Home Warranty customers • Maintaining up-to-date information on products and services • Aid customers with general inquiries, making payments, and questions regarding claims • Work with admins and finance companies • Maintaining a consistently positive attitude and customer-first approach to deliver stellar service to all customers • Handling customer concerns and escalating issues as needed, ensuring all efforts are made to retain existing customers • Other tasks as assigned Qualifications: • Customer Service Experience preferred • Great focus and attention to detail • Ability to present oneself well over the phone • Strong communication skills • Attention to detail and the ability to follow directions • Home & VSC Warranty Experience Preferred but Not Required • Must be able to be licensed by the State of Missouri (application process and fee supported by company) Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly + commission
