ACCOUNT MANAGER

For over 20 years Superior Labor Solutions has been proven a leader in the Site Labor and Post Construction / Final Cleaning Industry.

We are seeking a Full Time Account Manager for our Michigan Expansion. Prior experience is not required. Having an Aggressive, Get Up and Go Attitude along with a Strong Work Ethic is.

With our on-the-job training, you will learn to market, estimate, sell and manage the construction services we provide.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

RELATIONSHIPS Build relationships with our customers and field employees

SALES Prospect, cold call and solicit services from leads provided

MANAGE Project budgets and employee performance, etc.

SAFETY Ensure field employees are compliant with safety protocols

QUALITY CONTROL Commitment to deliver a quality finished product to the customer

COMPENSATION
