An operating partner would take on the responsibilities of a district manager (DM) of Superior's 6 stores.  If the person does not have rent to own experience he/she would be trained at a store initially.  A DM motivates store mangers to promote more sales and keep collections in line, conducts store audits, makes sure policies and procedures are being followed, makes decisions on personnel and more.
