    For 30 years, Superior Tech has supplied John Deere dealers and their customers with innovative, high-quality lawn and garden products, right from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. We are experiencing significant growth due to production line expansion and new distribution channels. With this exciting growth comes the need to find superior talent to continue to develop superior products as our names implies.

    We are seeking a Production Associate that will work hand in hand with the Supply Chain team to assemble equipment, ensure quality control and collaborate with the team to innovate and improve our production process.

You must be able to work well in a team, love collaboration and be willing to pitch in whole-heartedly to get projects done. You consider yourself to be hard working, dependable, enjoy learning new things and can handle constructive feedback. You're an A-Player and are not afraid to ask for guidance and help when needed.

    • Take care of all tools and equipment to ensure they work properly and lasts as long as possible

    • Ensure that every product we produce meets our quality standards.
    • Work with the quality department to identify the root cause of any quality issues and help to develop solutions when needed

    Collaboration

    • Actively participate in department planning discussions

    • Be constantly assessing your skills
    • Be actively engaged in broadening and deepening your skills

     

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Prior experience in manufacturing
    • Able to read and understand standard operating procedures
    • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
    • Excellent attention to detail
