Job Description

Superior Water Treatment, the leader in water treatment solutions in Tucson for the past 5 years is seeking a Marketing Manager to be responsible for hiring, training, motivating your team, setting appointments and data entry. The marketing manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple sources of lead generation, which includes but is not limited to our primary kiosks inside of Costco. Candidate must be energetic, enthusiastic and inspiring.

Candidates must have a clean-cut appearance, self-motivated and self-driven, energetic, personable, accountable, and have reliable transportation. This position requires travel around the Tucson area on a daily basis.

You must…

· Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to plan and follow through with assigned responsibilities.

· Possess excellent written and oral communication skills with experience in sales and/or appointment setting.

· Be able to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines

· Have the ability to adapt to and perform in a fast paced, ever changing environment.

· Be results oriented and have the ability to think creatively and strategically.

Responsible for….

· Working with Management to set objectives and determine marketing strategies.

· Responsible for hiring and training new appointment setters.

· Any data entry needs from inputting new customers to filling out production reports.

Must have…..

· 1+ years experience in management

· Reliable transportation

· Ability to work 8 hours a day and some Saturdays.

· Proficient and experienced with Microsoft Office

· Excellent interpersonal/people skills

· Ability to type 40 wpm.

· Must pass a background check
