We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, Idaho Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LCSW or LCPC) to join our growing team in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical supervision to counselors and interns in accordance with Idaho licensing requirements

Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy in a professional, compassionate environment

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet client needs

Collaborate with other providers, community resources, and support systems to enhance care

Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation

Promote prevention-oriented, client-centered approaches to mental wellness

Qualifications:

✔️ Licensed Idaho Supervisor (LCSW or LCPC) or eligible for supervision endorsement in Idaho ✔️ Experience working with children (ages 3+), families, couples, individuals, and first responders preferred ✔️ Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and staff ✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ✔️ Familiarity with community mental health resources
