    The NOW is Hiring a Supervisor Front Desk Associate

    The NOW Massage is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supervisor of the Front Desk associate's team. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing and training the Front Desk/Experience Guide team, ensuring seamless operations, sales excellence, and exceptional customer service. You must be comfortable selling in a retail sales environment.

    Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

    Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays

    The NOW Massage is open 7 days a week from 9:00am to 8:00pm

    Benefits:

    Starting salary $17 per hour, plus sales commission and bonus

    Aggressive sales commission structure. If you are uncomfortable with retail sales, this is not the job for you.

    Requirements:

    Accurately book massage appointments and check guests in and out

    Actively sell services, enhancements, memberships, and retail products.

    Provide detailed descriptions of services, enhancements, retail products, appointment cancellation/change policies, and membership benefits.

    Properly open and close the boutique each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.

    Develop the ability to work without constant direct supervision.

    Assist in training new Experience Guides and provide shift coverage during absences.

    Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to help them develop their skills, achieve targets, and grow within their roles.

    Communicate product updates and service protocols to the team.

    Complete monthly inventory reports.

    Ensure the facility's cleanliness and presentation.

    Support General Manager with guest concerns.

    Qualifications

    Sales and service-related experience

    Ability to be efficient and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

    Key-holder and or lead/supervisory experience preferred

    Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent guest service skills.

    Strong communication skills including actively listening, empathizing, and being the subject matter expert for all things The NOW

    Possesses problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
