Are you a motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Store Supervisor who’s ready to take the next step in their retail career. This position is an excellent opportunity for those interested in progressing into leadership roles such as Assistant Manager or Store Manager.

What You’ll Do:

· Support the Store Manager in daily operations and decision-making

· Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service

· Supervise team members and ensure smooth store performance in the manager’s absence

· Perform opening and closing procedures as needed

· Assist customers with product inquiries and recommend solutions to fit their needs

· Promote monthly specials and sales, upselling when appropriate

· Foster a positive team environment and uphold company standards

What We’re Looking For:

· Enthusiastic attitude and strong communication skills

· A desire to grow into higher leadership roles

· Previous retail or supervisory experience a plus, but not required

· Dependable and proactive, with a team-first mindset

· Dependable and flexible with scheduling, including evenings (until 7:30pm) and Saturdays (we’re open 8am-6pm on Saturday)

· Experience with basic store operations such as POS systems, inventory, and merchandising is a plus
