    Job Description

    GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Recruiter in Training (RIT) is responsible for establishing Supplemental Health Care's reputation throughout the market. The R.I.T. is also responsible for driving key recruiting initiatives with the division while acting as a team player. This position requires a self-starter to develop a pipeline of talent. Work closely with the division in organizing, preparing and implementing recruiting and retention programs all while maintaining the Company core values of Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect and Excellence.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

    • Maintain operational excellence through achieving the "Minimum Performance Standards" as outlined each Fiscal Year which includes:

    • -  Achieving standards for all minimum activity requirements including touches, cold calls, interviews, flips and submissions

    • -  Support gross profit (GP) goals of the Division with value calculator management

    • -   90-day trial program for Recruiting in Training

      -   Support Joint Commission standards, referencing and the entire compliance process to achieve 100% compliance

    • Ensure that all talent's application and I profile is complete and meets submission requirements

    • Full cycle recruiting including sourcing and submitting

    • Assist with job postings, and other recruitment functions

    • Demonstrate soft skills such as Customer Service by Inbound/Outbound phone, and Enthusiasm

    • Assist payroll by collecting timesheets; follow-up with field talent as needed

    • Help to create an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork

    • Other duties as assigned

     

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Associate degree or 2 years of experience preferred
    • Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling and rules of composition
    • Must have a working knowledge of computers and software systems including Microsoft Office products and the Internet
    • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
    • Ability to work independently and with other team members
    • Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
    • Must be able to work for prolonged periods of sitting, typing and use of the phone and computer
    • Must have willingness to learn and change with the organization
    • Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and attend future webcasts/trainings as required
