TITLE: HEALTHCARE RECRUITER
Supplemental Health Care (SHC) is adding a Recruiting & Staffing Manager in our Dallas office. At SHC, Staffing Managers are the front line of our business. They help us source, recruit and retain healthcare professionals across the country.
In this role, you will work to connect Nursing and Allied professionals with our valued customers that need them. You'll meet and build relationships with healthcare professionals. Then you'll help them find the right employment fit. While they're working on a contract, you'll also help manage the various aspects of their assignment, and when the time comes, help them find their next job.

In the Staffing Manager role, you'll have responsibilities with both our clinicians and clients.

COMPENSATION
Compensation for this role is designed for competitive individuals with an eye on success. This is a salaried position including uncapped bonuses for hiring and retaining healthcare professionals.
