What will you be doing?

We currently have an open position for a Supplier Coordinator in St. Louis, MO reporting to the Credit Team Lead. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining suppliers domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all supplier set up both domestically and internationally.
• Maintain and update all supplier information
• Ensure all forms are completed by new suppliers
• Maintain supplier W9 forms
• Maintain and store records necessary for 1099 compliance
• Special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 2-4 relevant business experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Oracle experienced preferred not required.
