    Position Overview

    As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at SupplierGATEWAY, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients. This position is ideal for an ambitious and driven professional with 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or business development within the SaaS industry.

    Position Responsibilities

    • Conduct research to identify and qualify potential prospects and targeted accounts within the named sectors.
    • Utilize lead generation tools, databases, and social media platforms to gather accurate and up-to-date information on potential clients.
    • Proactively reach out to prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our SaaS solutions and understand their pain points and needs.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients, highlighting how they can benefit from our innovative solutions.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement outreach strategies and campaigns to drive qualified leads and meet sales targets.
    • Maintain a high volume of daily outbound calls and emails to engage with prospects, build relationships, and schedule product demonstrations or meetings for the sales team.
    • Document all prospect interactions and maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM system.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Required Qualifications

    • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding previous targets and quotas.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
    • Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for sales and business development.
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Proficient in using CRM systems, lead generation tools, and other sales-related software.
    • Knowledge of the [industry] sector and understanding of the challenges and needs of businesses in this industry.
    • Ability to interface with customers to build relationships, resolve complaints, and determine additional service needs.
