- Apex, Governor Limits, SOQL, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Flows/Workflow rule, Managed Packages

-Visualforce/Lightening Web Components, Javascript

*Experience in supporting customers

-Ability to communicate in English

*General understanding of salesforce administrative tool set

*Experience with Heroku/Java desirable *Maven, Git, Excel
