• $85K (+/-), based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Support SIOP across several U.S. plants
• Analyze data, validate forecasts, identify gaps.
• Lead weekly S&OE reviews; monitor execution in ERP system (D365)
• Build reports/dashboards; drive data-driven discussions with Sales/Ops/Finance.
• Extrapolate forecasts from historical data; recommend KPIs/processes.
• Travel 10-15% (1 site/quarter)

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years supply chain analysis in manufacturing; Associate’s in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Excel expert (v-lookups, pivots, queries); general ERP experience.
• Strong, charismatic communicator; resourceful influencer.
• Analytical go-getter mindset.
