Responsibilities:
- Support SIOP across several U.S. plants
- Analyze data, validate forecasts, identify gaps.
- Lead weekly S&OE reviews; monitor execution in ERP system (D365)
- Build reports/dashboards; drive data-driven discussions with Sales/Ops/Finance.
- Extrapolate forecasts from historical data; recommend KPIs/processes.
- Travel 10-15% (1 site/quarter)
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years supply chain analysis in manufacturing; Associate’s in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Excel expert (v-lookups, pivots, queries); general ERP experience.
- Strong, charismatic communicator; resourceful influencer.
- Analytical go-getter mindset.
