Job Title: Supply Chain Clerk II

Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Starting Pay: $18.25/hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Clerk II to join our team supporting operations in a healthcare environment. This position is responsible for a variety of material handling and inventory management tasks and will involve direct communication with the customer. A veteran candidate is preferred due to the working environment at the VA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships and communicate directly with the customer.

• Perform daily inventory checks, input item orders, and complete customer pickups as needed.

• Replenish, rotate, and track inventory; maintain par levels.

• Identify and remove expired or compromised products.

• Receive and label inbound materials, record quantities, and sort products according to set sequences.

• Organize materials for order assembly.

• Conduct quality control and operate material handling equipment as required.

• Move carts to and from loading docks.

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas and perform onsite housekeeping duties.

• Respond promptly to customer requests while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Prior supply chain, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to lift and move moderate loads and operate material handling equipment.

• Veteran status or familiarity with VA healthcare systems strongly preferred.
