Supply Chain Coordinator

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Robust Benefits

How you’ll spend your time as a Supply Chain Coordinator:

• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations.
• Maintain inventory levels.
• Process purchase orders from order entry to final delivery.
• Identify and resolve issues within the supply chain, such as transportation delays, inventory discrepancies, or supplier issues, to prevent disruptions.
• Use data analytics to track supply chain performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to optimize costs and service levels.
• Ensure proper documentation of all shipments, orders, and transactions, complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Work to minimize supply chain costs through better vendor selection, negotiation, and more efficient logistical practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, managing risk associated with suppliers, logistics providers, and distribution.
• Identify areas for process improvements, implement new strategies, and leverage technology to enhance supply chain performance.

Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Supply Chain Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, supply chain or another related field.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar role.
• Proven experience leading procurement teams and driving change in purchasing practices.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., Syspro, SAP, Oracle, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of transportation, import/export regulations, and compliance requirements for domestic and international shipments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy.
• Strong negotiation skills.
