Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design for o9 implementation projects, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Drive requirement gathering workshops, solution documentation, and test case development.

Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to configuration and model-building teams.

Ensure quality delivery of o9 implementations and adherence to best practices.

Support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, and S&OP/Integrated Business Planning processes.

Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with o9 Solutions implementation and solution design.

Strong knowledge of o9 Reference Models, workflows, and configuration frameworks.

Deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, and IBP/S&OP.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and lead client-facing engagements.

Experience: 8+ years in Supply Chain Planning with significant hands-on o9 implementation experience.
