Lead end-to-end supply chain activities across sourcing, planning, inventory, and logistics
Manage and strengthen supplier relationships, including negotiations and performance management
Align material flow and purchasing strategies with production schedules and demand
Optimize inventory levels to support production while minimizing excess and waste
Drive cost-effective strategies across procurement, storage, and material movement
Implement and improve ERP/MRP/IRP systems to support operational efficiency
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices to streamline processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and leadership teams
Analyze supply chain data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
Meet role requirements including a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), 5+ years in manufacturing supply chain management, and strong ERP/vendor management expertise
