    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning. This role ensures that products are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning & Execution:

    Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.

    Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs such as lead time, cost, and service level.

    Procurement & Vendor Management:

    Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.

    Manage supplier relationships and performance through regular evaluations.

    Logistics & Distribution:

    Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations.

    Optimize logistics networks to reduce costs and improve delivery times.

    Inventory & Demand Planning:

    Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock.

    Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular audits.

    Process Improvement:

    Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

    Implement automation and digital tools to streamline operations.

    Compliance & Risk Management:

    Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.

    Mitigate risks related to supply disruptions and geopolitical factors.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or APICS certification preferred).

    3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software.

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
