Kalon Executive Search has been retained by a high-growth, omnichannel consumer products company to identify a top-tier Supply Chain Manager to join their team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role responsible for supply planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure strong in-stock performance and efficient operations.
**This position is Hybrid/Remote out of Austin, TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end supply planning and inventory management, balancing service levels, inventory turns, and growth objectives
- Monitor inventory positions and proactively mitigate risks related to shortages, excess, and supply constraints
- Partner closely with suppliers and contract manufacturers to manage production timelines and resolve capacity challenges
- Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) and fulfillment partner performance against defined KPIs
- Coordinate inbound and outbound transportation of raw materials and finished goods
- Utilize ERP systems (including NetSuite or similar) to manage inventory, purchasing, and system accuracy (e.g., SKU setup, planning parameters)
- Track, analyze, and report on key supply chain KPIs; drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to resolve issues and enhance overall performance
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in supply chain, demand/supply planning, or logistics, ideally within a CPG or consumer products environment
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, supply planning methodologies, and 3PL operations
- Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities
- Proven ability to operate cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 plus bonus and benefits
