We are seeking a new Supply Chain Manager for an established Dietary Supplement Manufacturer. The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimize all aspects of the supply chain for a Nutraceutical Manufacturing Company. This role ensures the timely procurement of raw materials, efficient production scheduling, inventory control, and on-time delivery of finished goods while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and other production components.
Develop and maintain strong vendor partnerships to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and on-time delivery.
Track inventory levels and implement effective inventory management systems to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
Perform routine cycle counts and investigate or resolve inventory variances.
Partner with manufacturing teams to develop production schedules aligned with demand forecasts.
Ensure required raw materials and packaging supplies are available to support continuous production.
Manage transportation and warehouse operations related to finished products.
Improve shipping efficiency by optimizing routes, carriers, and transportation costs while maintaining delivery timelines.
Ensure supply chain processes follow all applicable GMP, FDA, and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with QA/QC teams to protect product quality throughout procurement, storage, and distribution activities.
Play a key role in the implementation and development of an ERP system used to monitor supply chain operations and generate performance reports.
Analyze operational data to identify cost savings opportunities and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
At least 5 years of supply chain management experience, ideally within nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing environments.
Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Spanish/English bilingual ability preferred but not required.
APICS or CSCP certification.
Experience with international shipping processes and import/export regulations.
Compensation: $110,000 - 145,000 plus benefits
