We’re hiring a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to own purchasing, inventory strategy, and supplier performance for a fast-moving manufacturing environment. This role sits at the intersection of operations, finance, and production — not theoretical, not passive.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end supply chain operations: purchasing, inventory, supplier management

• Forecasting, demand planning, and inventory optimization

• Vendor negotiations, pricing, contracts, and performance metrics

• ERP-driven purchasing and reporting

• Cross-functional coordination with production, finance, and leadership

• Continuous improvement around cost, lead times, and material flow

Qualifications

What You Bring

• 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, or materials management

• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience (required)

• Strong ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)

• Proven vendor negotiation and cost-control experience

• Experience managing 500+ SKUs

• Detail-oriented, decisive, and operationally grounded
