    Position Summary:

    The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, supplier management, logistics, inventory planning, cost control, and risk mitigation. This role develops supply chain strategy, leads cross-functional initiatives, and ensures material availability, cost efficiency, and compliance to support production and business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals, production plans, and financial targets.

    Lead, coach, and develop supply chain team members.

    Oversee supplier selection, qualification, and contract negotiations to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance.

    Build strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability. Resolve issues promptly, manage supplier evaluations, and lead performance reviews.
    
    Identify and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and reduce costs.
    
    Oversee inventory, logistics, and warehouse activities to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.
    
    Utilize procurement technologies to improve efficiency and transparency.
    
    Lead cross-functional projects to improve processes, systems, and cost structure.
    

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.

    7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.

    3+ years of people management or team leadership experience.

    Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.

    Proficient in ERP systems, procurement software, and Microsoft Office.

    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Proven experience managing suppliers, contracts, logistics, and inventory strategies.

    Experience in semiconductor, precision, or high-tech manufacturing.

    Familiarity with global sourcing, international logistics, and trade compliance.

    Experience leading cost-reduction and supply chain transformation initiatives.
