    Supply Chain & Operations Leader (Salaried Leadership Track)

    The Opportunity

    We are partnering with a thriving, 3rd-generation family-owned manufacturer to find a high-character professional ready to transition from tactical warehousing into strategic supply chain leadership. This is not a "desk-only" role; it is a "Working Manager" position designed for someone who wants to learn the business from the floor up and eventually take the reins of the entire supply chain function.

    The Role: 70% Strategy, 30% Execution

    As the SC Ops Leader, you will serve as the primary link between the warehouse floor and the front office. You will start with a 50/50 split between office data and floor operations to master the culture and inventory flow.

    • Supervisory Leadership: Oversee a dedicated team of up to 10 hourly warehouse associates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
    • Inventory & Logistics: Manage cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and optimize inbound/outbound shipping methods to improve cost efficiency.
    • Production Planning: Support the Master Scheduler by utilizing Excel-based tools to ensure material readiness for the plant floor.
    • Career Roadmap: This role is specifically designed for upward mobility. You will be mentored directly by a 10+-year industry veteran with the goal of advancing into Master Scheduling and full Supply Chain Management.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • The "Grit" Factor: 2+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management. We value floor-tested experience and a "motivated to learn" attitude over specific degrees.

    • Leadership Style: Prior experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor is highly preferred. You must be comfortable leading a team in a "frequent and harsh" warehouse environment (heat, cold, noise).

    • Technical Teachable-ness: Proficiency in Excel is required. While experience with ERPs like SAP or Oracle is a plus, we are happy to train someone with the right character and drive.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year (Salaried).

    • Bonus: Performance-based bonus eligible.

    • Sponsorship is not available for this position. All applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
