    As a Supply Chain Analyst , you’ll play a key role in making sure the right products get to the right place, at the right time—and in the right quantity. You’ll work behind the scenes analyzing inventory, managing purchase strategies, and identifying opportunities to optimize the supply chain across 100+ global vendors and multiple warehouses. If spreadsheets and forecasting make your heart race (in a good way), this is your moment.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Analyze sales trends, customer forecasts, and seasonal patterns to recommend purchasing strategies.

    • Utilize advanced Excel models (or your own brilliant creations) to manage and balance inventory across locations.

    • Proactively identify spikes or drops in inventory needs based on sales data and market demand.

    • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and accurate info about order placement, item availability, and inventory health.

    • Evaluate and enhance data reporting tools to improve automation and decision-making.

    • Make data-driven recommendations to improve replenishment and supply chain performance.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    • 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, or data analytics.

    • Strong proficiency with Excel (bonus points for using pivot tables, formulas, and custom reporting).

    • Familiarity with ERP systems and database tools is a plus.

    • Ability to interpret complex data, forecast trends, and communicate findings clearly.

    Bonus Skills:

    • Understanding of lead times and logistics from overseas manufacturing.

    • Experience working with large data sets and complex formulas.

    • Strong verbal and written communication—you’ll work with executives and team leads often.
