    About the Role:

    Join Recodeal Energy Inc as a Supply Chain Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes. Based in Houston, TX, we are dedicated to driving innovation in the energy sector and are looking for a motivated individual to help us streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

    Responsibilities:

    Execute end-to-end supply chain operations within the plant, including procurement, production planning, logistics

    Plan production planning and material planning (MRP) to ensure alignment between customer demand and manufacturing capacity Manage logistics planning (in-bond), optimizing transportation routes, cost, and delivery lead time

    Establish and continuously improve supply chain processes to enhance on-time delivery (OTD) and inventory turnover

    Develop and manage supplier performance, driving improvements in delivery, quality, and cost

    Implement effective inventory control strategies to minimize excess, obsolescence, and shortage risks

    Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among production, quality, engineering, and finance teams

    Monitor key KPIs (OTD, inventory turnover, supplier cost and forecast/plan accuracy) and drive continuous improvement initiatives

    Handle supply chain disruptions (e.g., delays, shortages, logistics issues) and implement preventive and contingency measures

    Skills

    Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields

    Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain, with expertise in at least one area: procurement, production planning, or logistics

    Experience in team management or project leadership is a plus

    Solid understanding of plant operations (order → procurement → production → delivery)

    Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

    Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)

    Strong communication, execution, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure

    Preferred

    Experience in manufacturing industries such as renewable energy, solar, or equipment manufacturing

    Familiarity with international trade and import/export operations (especially cross-border supply chains)

    Experience in ramp-up, or expansion

    Knowledge of lean manufacturing or supply chain optimization projects

    Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken), able to work in a bilingual environment
