    We’re seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support project teams with purchasing, logistics, and documentation activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials, equipment, and supplier documentation are processed accurately and efficiently to keep projects moving forward.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support multiple Supply Chain project teams with purchasing and transactional activities, including creating and modifying purchase orders.

    • Compile documentation for bids (RFQs/RFPs), supplier evaluations, and negotiations.

    • Track deliveries, expedite materials, and collect associated documentation.

    • Maintain purchasing logs and project calendars for order tracking and major delivery milestones.

    • Coordinate logistics to optimize service, reduce costs, and ensure on-time delivery.

    • Provide general project and administrative support to the Supply Chain and Operations teams.

    Qualifications:

    • 1–2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related operations (energy, manufacturing, or engineering industry experience preferred).

    • Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to accuracy and organization.

    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

    • Experience with SAP and/or Ariba preferred.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

    • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Industrial Distribution, or related field preferred.
