    Position Summary: The Supply Clerk is an entry-level supply team member who's responsible for receiving and accurately filling supply requests for all GFI customers and other branch locations.

    Job Type: Full Time

    Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

    Daily Duties

    • Accurately fill supplies requests for all GFI Customers and other branch locations

    • Ship supplies on a daily basis

    • Responsible for accurate supply inventories

    • Confront and address all supply issues

    • Receives supplies

    • Rotate stock

    Planning

    • Meet with Parts/Supply Supervisor to order supplies for stock

    • Work with the Purchasing Department to order supplies and get ETA's

    • Weekly random inventory counts (Parts/Supply Supervisor will provide count sheets)

    Customer Service

    • Address all customer issues quickly, professionally, and without bias

    • Assist the Service Department with customer issues

    • Exhibit professional appearance and demeanor at all times

    • Maintain productive, professional relationships with all GFI employee, customers, and vendors

    • Support all company policies and decisions

    Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:

    1. Knowledge: This position requires a basic knowledge of a warehouse environment. Must also have basic computer knowledge.

    2. Skills: Must possess excellent communication, accuracy, organization, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

    3. Abilities: Ability to meet deadlines. Must also have the ability to work well with others.
